Your Responsibilities

  • Monitoring of construction execution according to the execution plan and relevant regulations, as well as materials and trades used
  • Keeping a construction diary and creating the construction file
  • Coordination and monitoring of contractors for construction and equipment
  • Monitoring of quality, quantity and schedule
  • Cost control
  • Preparation and execution of acceptance procedures
  • Review of additional requests, performance confirmation protocols and invoices for accuracy

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in civil engineering or electrical engineering (Bachelor / Master)
  • Willingness to travel, independent and organized work style
  • Teamwork, reliability and initiative
  • Analytical thinking, high degree of personal responsibility and flexibility
  • Readiness to take on responsibility and assertiveness
  • Strong awareness of quality, costs and deadlines
  • Driver's license class B
