Job Description
As a member of our Team Office Support, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting international visitors and guests, ensuring smooth operations in the back office, and handling organizational tasks. Our team values open communication and supportive teamwork.
This position can be filled as a full-time or part-time role (minimum 30 hours/week).
Your future tasks with us:
- Ensuring a smooth visitor reception process
- Answering and redirecting incoming calls in German and English
- Processing and distributing incoming mail
- Organizing the onboarding process for new employees
- Administrative coordination of trainings, such as travel and hotel bookings
- Caring for and hosting our guests
- Point of contact for annual review of hotel, airline, and car rental agreements
- Reviewing and processing incoming invoices
- Procuring and managing office and consumable supplies
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong communication skills
- Brings a team spirit and hands-on mentality
- Is organized and customer service-oriented
- Ideally has completed a degree or training in hotel management or office administration
