We are looking for a
Procurement Officer (m/f/d) for operational purchasing in
full-time.

Your tasks as an operational purchaser (m/f/d):

You will be responsible for operational purchasing processes
Operational procurement of materials for a maritime product area
Close cooperation with internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
Maintenance of master data
Creation of statistics and evaluations
Support of strategic purchasers, e.g. in supplier development
Independent execution of procurement activities, e.g. obtaining, evaluating and renegotiating offers, placing orders, monitoring deadlines, reporting and tracking orders, clarifying deviations

Your profile:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an
office clerk (m/f/d),
industrial clerk (m/f/d) or
wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d)
You have professional experience as a
procurement officer (m/f/d) in
operational purchasing, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering
Proficient use of the
MS Office package and ERP systems
A good technical understanding and good knowledge of English round off your profile
