The Civi Group has partnered with a well-regarded WBE family-owned general contractor and construction management company based in Boston to recruit a Lead Superintendent for medium to large scale construction projects.

The Lead Superintendent will manage the construction activities of medium to large-scale projects across various sectors.

This position is pivotal in executing and delivering construction plans, ensuring that all project phases are completed on schedule, within budget, and to superior quality standards.

Compensation:

Salary:
Up to approximately $150K based on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of construction sites, ensuring projects adhere to timelines, specifications, and budgets.
Collaborate with project managers and other key personnel to develop and refine project strategies.
Manage site staff and subcontractors, promoting a safe, efficient, and qualitydriven work environment.
Conduct site meetings and provide reports to senior management on project progress and challenges.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and client requirements.
Facilitate communications between project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers.

Skills & Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or any related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a superintendent role within the construction industry, preferably in commercial or institutional projects.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex construction projects.
Knowledge of construction software for project management, scheduling, and budgeting.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to various project sites as needed.

Pay:
Up to $150,000.00 per year
