What can you expect?

You will take responsibility for one of our agile, cross-functional teams (process responsibility) and know how to lead the team as an Agile Coach without enforcing disciplinary consequences.
You promote the continuous development of agile teams and the entire organization and coach product owners and development teams.
You analyze and improve agile processes and ensure a pleasant and efficient collaboration within the cross-functional team.
You know how to motivate teams to self-organize and promote independent action - you confidently and proactively moderate agile rituals.
