Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and monitoring of the construction process;
  • Support of the construction and project management in daily operations;
  • Preparation of construction site documentation;
  • Creation of schedules for execution;
  • Conducting construction management for buildings according to service phase 8 HOAI, including tendering/awarding (service phases 67 HOAI);
  • Negotiation with contractual partners;
  • Cost estimation and control;
  • Monitoring of occupational safety and environmental regulations;
  • Review of change orders and invoices;
  • Construction control services.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a comparable field of study;
  • At least 5 years of professional experience desired;
  • Communication skills, organizational skills, ability to work independently;
  • Reliability, mobility, and flexibility;
  • Class B driver's license for cars/vans;
  • Good German language skills in speaking and writing;
  • Knowledge of Russian is an additional advantage (but not mandatory).
