_Chaser / Recovery Driver for Hot Air Balloon Wanted in Bald Knob, AR_
We are looking for a balloon enthusiast to join our team as a chaser / recovery driver. Our balloon flights mainly take place in the area between Rhein-Neckar and Karlsruhe.

Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with the setup and launch of the balloon
Guest assistance and care
Driving the chase vehicle (modern VW T6 van with allwheel drive) including trailer
Assisting with the disassembly of the balloon and transportation back to the meeting point

Your requirements are:

Valid driver's license with BE trailer endorsement (if you do not have this endorsement, we can assist you in obtaining it)
Friendly and communicative with people
Knowledge of the area is a plus but not required
Proficient in using a smartphone/tablet: able to operate navigation and balloon tracking apps

Working hours:
Balloon flights take place on weekends in the morning (around 6 am) and evening (around 6 pm). During the week, flights are usually only in the evening. The duration is approximately 3-5 hours each. Flexibility is a plus.
