Your tasks and responsibilities

You handle appeals matters according to the Social Security Code (SGG) in the area of the Social Security Code II (SGB II)
Conducting appeals procedures in the area of SGB II
Issuing appeal decisions
Conducting legal proceedings (lawsuits and interim legal protection proceedings) before the social courts (1st instance)
Representing the job center Bremen in court hearings before the social courts (1st instance)
Conducting cost proceedings
Providing information and advice to clients in pending appeal proceedings

Your qualifications

A completed university degree, preferably in law, business administration, administration or a comparable qualification, or
a comparable profile (technical college entrance qualification/university entrance qualification/completed vocational training and at least three years of relevant work experience)
