Responsibilities include driving clear media measurement, using data to optimize digital targeting, and analyzing audience characteristics to improve card applicant behavior.


Knowledge of data management platforms (DMP) and digital analytics tools (specifically Adobe Martech tools) as well as knowledge of cookies/identity solutions will be helpful for success.

Strong technical skill with SQL, R, SAS, Hadoop, Python, Netezza or equivalent is required for this role.


The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.


Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver insights and provide actionable recommendations related to customer and prospect behavior and media/offer response characteristics
  • Understand and drive media measurement solutions, particularly Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA)
  • Collaborate with digital media and advertising partners to ensure common understanding and consistent utilization of targeting, analytics, and reporting
  • Develop targeted audiences for acquisition campaigns across offline and online channels to support consistent customer experience and KPI's
  • Drive effective utilization of Martech stack to deliver optimal digital audiences for personalization and paid digital media. Martech stack includes Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager and LiveRamp / Acxiom
Basic Qualifications

  • Master's degree in data and technology management, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to ten years of experience in data management and business intelligence in the financial services industry
Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Working knowledge with analytics data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Datorama or similar tools:

Experience working with digital analytics and marketing automation technologies such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager:


  • Working knowledge of advanced measurement systems such as Multi-Touch Attribution or Media Mix Modeling:
  • Skilled in translating business questions into analytics requirements
  • Experience working with digital data including connecting dotcom site data to offline 1st party customer data
  • Experience packaging and presenting analytical output to a range of stakeholders
  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Experience interfacing directly with Martech partners such as Adobe, Oracle, LiveRamp, Acxiom, etc.
