Summary:


One of our exclusive healthcare partners is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) for their facility in Putnam County New York to start ASAP.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee and manage the nursing department to ensure the delivery of highquality patient care
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that comply with state and federal regulations, including Medicare guidelines
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and other safety measures
  • Manage the department budget and allocate resources effectively

Requirements:


  • New York State nursing license
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities

Pay:
$115, $120,000.00 per year
