Description
Your mission:
As an HR Coordinator, you will report directly to the Global Head of HR and work closely with the two HR Managers at the company headquarters in Hamburg Bahrenfeld.
Your tasks:
- Support in applicant management
- Active search for new colleagues (sourcing)
- Creation of job profiles and job advertisements in close coordination with the respective departments and HR Managers
- Processing of incoming applications
- Coordination of appointments with applicants and departments
- Collaboration with external recruiters
- Participation in interviews
- Preparation of onboarding processes
- Creation of references, contracts, and additional agreements as well as other documents related to the employee lifecycle
- Management of our HR operating system "Personio" (including data maintenance and management reporting)
- Administrative support for HR management and managers in various tasks (e.g. research tasks, presentation creation)
- Management of the team mailbox
- Support in the administration of company pension schemes
- Participation in various HR projects (e.g. further development of the employer brand)
Your profile:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably with further training as a personnel specialist or a bachelor's degree with a focus on human resources.
- Ideally, you have experience in personnel administration and recruiting, as well as basic knowledge of German labor law.
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- You are highly serviceoriented and a team player.
- Your work style is structured and precise.
