Then study with us at the University of the Federal Employment Agency (HdBA) and choose either the degree program in labor market management or counseling for education, profession, and employment.

Your tasks and responsibilities

The three-year program is divided into five on-site semesters and four internship semesters, each lasting four months.

The theory you acquire at the HdBA in Schwerin can be directly applied and implemented in the internship semesters at the local offices (employment agency or job center).

In the third on-site semester, you choose a study focus to deepen your skills.

During your studies, you will combine scientific knowledge and methods from economics, social sciences, and law and learn how to apply them practically.
