JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with our employees and customers to ensure smooth transitions in the sales process
- Assist customers with financing their vehicle
- Sell automotive service insurance products
- Set and track personal sales goals
- Maintain F&I income at acceptable levels
- Be a problem solver for our customers
- Participate in weekly sales meetings
- Educate customers on factory surveys
- Produce and submit accurate paperwork
- Adhere to all local, state, and national regulations
- Develop solid relations with lenders
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of Automotive Sales/Manager experience
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Selfmotivated and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Proficient with computers
- Strong sales skills
- Career minded, goal driven and client focused
- Must be able to work Saturdays
