JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Work directly with our employees and customers to ensure smooth transitions in the sales process
  • Assist customers with financing their vehicle
  • Sell automotive service insurance products
  • Set and track personal sales goals
  • Maintain F&I income at acceptable levels
  • Be a problem solver for our customers
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings
  • Educate customers on factory surveys
  • Produce and submit accurate paperwork
  • Adhere to all local, state, and national regulations
  • Develop solid relations with lenders

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • 2+ years of Automotive Sales/Manager experience
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Selfmotivated and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient with computers
  • Strong sales skills
  • Career minded, goal driven and client focused
  • Must be able to work Saturdays
