Your tasks

  • Technical planning from the initial idea to implementation on the construction site
  • Independent planning and consulting in technical building equipment in the field of heating / ventilation / sanitation
  • Developing the basics, clarifying technical issues, and advising on alternatives
  • Creating drawings of designs and presenting solution concepts
  • Preparing detailed execution documents, tendering trades, and advising on awarding contracts
  • Independent coordination of trades and communication with internal and external project participants
  • Supporting site supervision and quality assurance

Your qualifications

  • Successfully completed degree in engineering (Diplom-Ingenieur / Master / Bachelor) with a focus on heating / ventilation / sanitation or comparable technical education, preferably with CAD knowledge
  • Industry-specific work experience combined with a holistic understanding of technically complex relationships and knowledge of the planning process according to HOAI
  • Constructive, committed, and solution-oriented work style combined with good communication skills
  • Experience in using various technical building equipment programs is an advantage
