Description

Responsibilities / Tasks:

  • Development and execution of objective/subjective tire tests on the vehicle and on the test bench
  • Conducting subjective tire vibration and noise investigations
  • Ensuring the correct execution of tire tests and management of test equipment
  • Compliance with existing internal/external standards such as IATF16949, ISO17025
  • Plausibility check and interpretation of results in coordination with the client
  • Maintenance/calibration of test equipment
  • Meeting set deadlines
  • Optimal use of resources
  • Close collaboration with technical account management and customers

Requirements:

  • You have excellent analytical skills and very good knowledge in the field of programming
  • Knowledge in the areas of acoustics and vibrations, signal theory, as well as experience in tire development are advantageous
  • Your organizational skills are very good
  • You have a high quality awareness and always keep an eye on costs
  • You are a team player
  • Your strong commitment and initiative round off your profile

Required education:

  • Technical degree (focus on mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, technical computer science or mechatronics)
