In the schlaeger "racing team," apprentices take on a lot of responsibility early on and are integrated into the production team, giving them the opportunity to learn and solidify everything they need for their future careers at their own pace under the guidance of experienced professionals.

At schlaeger, industrial clerks are "all-rounders" who ensure that the organization of the company runs smoothly around production. Therefore, they must be familiar with all important interfaces.

Here's what you can expect from your apprenticeship:

Rotation through various commercial departments, including purchasing, logistics, production and sales management, human resources, and finance
Assuming administrative tasks in daily operations across the entire process chain
Learning about tools for economic evaluation within the company
