With around patients per year, our client provides care for people in almost every stage of life and combines excellent top-class medicine with innovative research as one of the few non-university clinics. We are currently looking for an IT Service Engineer (m/f/d) for the research department of our client's IT department.

Your Tasks

  • As an IT Service Engineer (m/f/d), you will be the contact person and problem solver for inquiries regarding hardware and software, both by phone and on-site for users in the research department.
  • In this role, you will implement sustainable measures to resolve disruptions.
  • You will actively contribute to the optimization of internal IT processes.
  • As an IT Service Engineer (m/f/d), you will actively participate in exciting and innovative IT projects in the research department.

Your Profile

  • A completed education or degree in the IT field is the basis of your professional career.
  • You have several years of experience in the hardware and software field.
  • You have sound knowledge in the area of infrastructure
