Employee (m/f/d) Cura Consultation and Management of Legal Guardianships TS:


We are currently seeking an employee (m/f/d) for the
Cura Guardianship Association Tempelhof-Schöneberg to provide training and consultation for volunteer legal guardians as well as manage legal guardianships according to in conjunction with BGB (75% regular working hours).


The employee in this cross-sectional area provides training and consultation for both family members and non-family volunteers who serve as legal guardians, as well as individuals interested in such a role.

They also inform and train individuals and representatives of institutions on the topic of volunteer legal guardianship, as well as on topics such as power of attorney, guardianship directives, and formal aspects of advance directives.

They are actively involved in networks and collaborate with the Berlin guardianship associations. They maintain professional contact with courts, guardianship authorities, and other institutions and professional circles.

The legal guardian represents the person under guardianship in legal and non-legal matters, while respecting the obligation to consult with the guardianship court in the designated areas of responsibility (e.g. financial matters, housing, healthcare, government affairs, etc.).

We are looking for an employee with a completed degree in social work/social pedagogy or a qualified lawyer.

As of January 1, 2023, legal guardians will require registration according to the BtOG. If you hold a different degree than those mentioned above
