What to expect:

  • You support customer management
  • You create templates for customer reports

  • You create customer letters
  • You process ticket requests & complaints as preparation for customer managers

What you should bring:

  • You are enrolled at a university (full-time), ideally in a business or communication science program
  • You work independently and autonomously
  • You have organizational talent and good MS Office skills
  • You have excellent German language skills in both written and spoken form
  • You have a confident demeanor and excellent communication skills
