As the Business & Account Development Director for the Life Science & Healthcare sector, you will:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations.
  • Lead and coordinate opportunities across multiple countries within the sector.
  • Drive growth by overseeing the sales force in your country.
  • Identify new opportunities within the existing account portfolio.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve the sales process and resource availability.
  • Support the implementation of sector strategies and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
  • Provide guidance and representation in customerfacing environments and industry events.
What do we need from you?

  • Experience in logistics and a strong understanding of DSC's competitors.
  • Proven track record in the Life Science and Healthcare sector.
  • Professional sales skills with a customercentric approach.
  • Excellent ability to sell, facilitate, and present.
