We are currently seeking a motivated HR specialist (m/f/d) for an employer in the Kenton, OK region. The company operates in the exciting field of electrical engineering and currently employs 1400 people worldwide.

This is a permanent position that will be filled through direct placement.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Being the point of contact for all labor and personnelrelated questions
  • Handling the entire employee life cycle
  • Supporting managers in personnel planning and hiring
  • Coordinating and conducting the entire recruiting process
  • Developing personnel processes
  • Working closely with the works council
