Together with us, ensure the digital future capability of the Bundeswehr (German Armed Forces).

As the primary digitalization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, secure, and efficient IT services both domestically and internationally, from basic operations to the operational level, thus contributing to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capability of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,000 colleagues, we operate and modernize one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who want to further develop the Bundeswehr's IT in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to the security of Germany.

The Service Control Center (SCC) in Rheinbach is responsible for monitoring the services (LAN, WAN, TK) in 24-hour shift operations. In the SCC, all messages and system events are recorded, classified, categorized, evaluated, and prioritized. If a solution is not possible within the SCC, the messages, along with all relevant information, are forwarded to downstream system operations. If necessary, external service providers, on-call services are activated, and/or escalations are triggered.
