We are currently seeking a Junior HR Specialist (m/f/d) for our main location at WIEDEMANN Industrie und Haustechnik GmbH in Burg (near Magdeburg).

This position can be filled on a part-time or full-time basis.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Personnel administration and time management
  • Contract creation, correspondence
  • Communication with interfaces from other HR departments within the group
  • Contact person for employees regarding personnel matters
  • Preparation of job interviews and participation in employee selection
  • Maintenance/archiving of digital personnel files
  • Preparation and evaluation of analyses/personnel key figures
