Description

The Samtgemeinde Elm-Asse in Schöppenstedt, Department IV, is looking to fill the position of Building Technician/ Civil Engineer (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

This is a full-time position with 39 hours per week, classified according to pay group E 9b / E 10 TVöD.

Responsibilities:

In a team of 14 colleagues in the department, the following tasks are to be carried out:

Supervision, maintenance and construction management of municipal buildings in a team
Building regulations, fire protection, building and land files, statistics and opinions
Supervision of civil engineering projects
Supervision of new construction and renovation projects in building construction
Monitoring of building condition with identification and evaluation of short- and medium-term construction measures
Coordination of specialist engineers, craftsmen and companies
Preparation of cost estimates and calculations, obtaining quotes and processing orders

Requirements:

Completed training as a state-certified building technician (m/f/d) with a focus on building construction or a degree from a university of applied sciences (bachelor/master) in civil engineering
Knowledge of relevant regulations (VOB/
