*We are currently seeking a full-time candidate to join our Technology division in Kleinostheim near Aschaffenburg as soon as possible.

*Your Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of our IT strategy
You will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our core legacy Backoffice applications, including billing, invoicing, transactions, toll services, customer/supplier data and processes, enterprise content management, team collaboration software, and messaging
You will be involved in the delivery of projects and requests related to our current IT landscape, including small enhancements and balancing existing solutions with new platforms
You will also be responsible for decommissioning legacy applications and defining migration scenarios
Additionally, you will support budgeting and forecasting for IT expenditures, including resource planning and financial controlling

*Your Profile:

You have at least 6 years of experience in managing multiple teams in an international organization
You have experience in decommissioning strategies, rationalization strategies, and migrating to new solutions (including co-existence)
You have proven leadership skills, with the ability to set and communicate objectives, inspire and motivate teams, and maintain alignment with business and IT goals
You are familiar with IBM products (DB2, iSeries, Lotus Notes), Java, and
