Assistant/In E-Commerce Purchasing (w/m/d)

Berlin, Würzburg or Munich

| Nationwide in Germany | Würzburg, Munich (DE), Vienna, Linz, Wels, Graz (AT) or Barcelona | Full-time

Responsibilities

Support of Junior and Senior Buyers
Participation in assortment design and competitive analysis
Creation and maintenance of article master data in our product information management system
Interface function to suppliers, procurement, logistics, and import from Far East and Eastern Europe
Responsibility for correspondence with suppliers, initial orders and data maintenance
Preparation and preparation of discussion documents and figures for supplier meetings
Support in advertising planning: control of data, coordination of photo orders

Qualifications

Relevant professional experience (e.g. as purchasing assistant in retail) in the Ecommerce or omnichannel environment
Completed commercial training or completed studies advantageous
High interest in the Home & Living sector as well as Ecommerce and related topics
Quick comprehension, structured, accurate and proactive way of working
Team player qualities and communication skills
Very good German and English skills
