Your tasks
- Safety responsibility in the development process (Functional Safety Engineering / Functional Safety Management)
- Analysis and verification of system requirements and system interface definitions
- Requirements engineering throughout the development process
- Verification and confirmation reviews throughout the safety lifecycle
- Coordination and coordination of work with departments and external contacts
- Conducting requirement workshops, GuR, FTA, FMEA and FMECA
- Accompanying system development until market launch/approval
Your qualifications
- Degree in engineering (industrial engineering, vehicle engineering, aerospace engineering, electrical engineering, or similar) or computer science
- Professional experience in functional safety, SOTIF, high-voltage or cybersecurity in the automotive industry required
- Ability to analyze complex technical systems and relationships
- Good communication skills
- Secure handling of process-related documentation and evidence
- Interest in safety-critical functions in the field of aviation/space technology/railway technology/automotive
- Process knowledge according to IEC 61508, ISO 26262, ISO 21448, ISO/SAE 21434, EN 50126 or comparable standards
- Programming skills and experience with hardware-related
