    Irrigation Maintenance Technician Position at Rancho Casa Blanca in Indio, CA
    Reporting To: Operations Director
    Status: Non-Exempt, Full-Time
    Salary: $19.50- $20.75 Depending on Experience

    POSITION OVERVIEW:

    As the Irrigation Maintenance Technician, your main responsibility will be to maintain the irrigation system in your designated area and provide backup support to other irrigators as required.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Check irrigation system components daily
    • Report well pump issues to Supervisor or General Manager
    • Ensure proper irrigation coverage to prevent overwatering
    • Keep irrigation supplies stocked in company vehicle
    • Complete daily irrigation work orders
    • Maintain a tidy work area and equipment
    • Execute other assigned tasks and special projects
    REQUIREMENTS:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 4-5 years of property irrigation maintenance experience
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
    • Conflict resolution abilities
    • Strong multitasking and time management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Customer service-oriented with keen attention to detail
    • Team player with adaptability to shifting priorities
    • Willingness to learn company processes and proprietary software
    • Dependable with a professional and respectful demeanor
    ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
    • Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and compliance with Company policy
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    • Utilize office equipment and maintenance tools
    • Lift up to 50 pounds
    • Be mobile or stationary as needed
    • Travel to different locations when necessary
    SCHEDULE & TRAVEL:
    • Monday-Friday, approximately 6:00 am-2:30 pm
    • Occasional extended hours and availability for emergencies
