The company *R.T.M. GmbH* has been active in the field of telephone marketing for 32 years. We have branches in Wustermark and Neuruppin. We distribute work materials and equipment to industry and trade in Germany and Austria. Our range includes approximately 350 products. Customer service is exclusively conducted over the phone.

For our telephone customer service, we are looking for employees at our branch in Wustermark near Berlin-Spandau who are comfortable using the phone and are confident in providing customer support over the phone.

We are looking for part-time or mini-job call center agents (m/f/d) for an easily learnable telephone activity in Wustermark.

Your tasks will include providing telephone support and scheduling appointments for our existing customers, as well as acquiring new customers.

Your profile:

You enjoy communicating with others
No specific education or previous experience is required
Minimum German language proficiency level B2
