Introduction:
To expand our project team for properties of our client - one of the world's largest automotive manufacturers - we are looking for you to join SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH immediately as
Tasks:
- Ensuring the proper technical condition of the technical building equipment to be maintained
- Maintenance, inspections and repairs of building electrical systems including troubleshooting
- Independent troubleshooting and optimization of operations in the properties
- Creation and documentation of daily work performance via mobile devices
Your Profile:
- Training as an electrician / energy systems electrician / electrical installer or comparable qualification as a career changer
- Ideally, professional experience in building maintenance and automation technology, but also career starters are welcome
- Knowledge in other trades desirable
- German language skills level B2 / driver's license class 3
