We are looking for another department head to lead our "Labor Market Integration" department. The department is divided into two areas, each led by a department head.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Overall responsibility for the department in terms of expertise, finances, personnel, and organization
  • Ensuring professional service provision to funding agencies
  • Compliance with legal regulations and targets set by funding agencies
  • Futureoriented development of concepts, taking into account professional, societal, and legal changes, with a focus on communityoriented approaches
  • Close and trusting collaboration with all levels
  • Quality assurance and development
  • Maintenance of existing partnerships and networks, further expansion and networking with other stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking for the entire company as a member of the extended management team
