Description

For our daycare center "Kita kleine Sterne" in Berner Heerweg 2-4, 22159 Hamburg, we are currently looking for qualified childhood educators (m/f/d), educators (m/f/d), and child care assistants (m/f/d) for our infant and elementary groups, in full-time or part-time positions.

We have 3 infant groups and 3 elementary groups, as well as our own outdoor area. Additional playgrounds are located in close proximity. A dance teacher regularly visits our groups. A summary of our pedagogical concept can be found on our website.

Responsibilities

Providing pedagogical care for the children, with a focus on promoting individual, cognitive, motor, and language development, as well as social skills
Sensitive and individual integration and reintegration of children
Observation and documentation of development
Active participation in the groups, as well as developing activities and projects
Accompanying children during free play and exploration, and encouraging creativity
Trustful collaboration with the team and parents

Qualifications

You have successfully completed your studies or training as a childhood educator / educator / child care assistant (m/f/d) or have an equivalent qualification
