$17-$21 per hour + fuel allowance
Responsibilities:
- Perform drywall repairs and installations.
- Replace or repair tiles, grout, and mortar in bathrooms.
- Prepare interior and exterior surfaces for painting and execute painting tasks.
- Install subfloors and vinyl plank flooring; remove old carpeting.
- Conduct basic air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing repairs.
- Remove tree branches and perform maintenance on sprinkler systems.
- Carry out appliance repairs and general property maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role with references.
- Expertise in handling tools and performing repairs on a variety of systems.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle with tools; truck preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently.
