In our
Pharma Distribution Center in Groß-Gerau and Gießen Lützellinden, we primarily handle the storage and packaging of finished pharmaceuticals, as well as their distribution by air, sea, and truck.

Therefore, we are looking for you as
Team Leader E-Commerce (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Taking responsibility for a motivated and highperforming team, as well as individual development and continuous improvement of team members to ensure optimal performance.
Identifying growth opportunities in the trading business, acquiring new partners to expand the network and increase company performance, as well as expanding ecommerce channels to maximize sales opportunities.
Close collaboration with responsible parties to optimize product offerings and analysis, including continuous optimization of ecommerce channels.
Building and maintaining longterm customer and supplier relationships to strengthen the network.
Actively monitoring and ensuring compliance with all legal regulations, as well as implementing necessary measures to ensure compliance and risk avoidance.

Your profile:

You have a degree in business engineering, business informatics, or business administration, as well as proven experience in purchasing, sales, materials management, and
