Your Contribution

  • Responsible for developing and implementing the strategic marketplace plan for the Industrial Solutions business segment to support revenue forecasts and strategic initiatives, including budgeting and controlling
  • Evaluating market needs and new ideas from the market and providing insights to market segment managers to support the development of new products and campaigns
  • Providing a comprehensive overview (market intelligence) of the ecosystem (market, customers, and competition)
  • Coordinating with market/product segment managers to optimize marketing strategy and execution of products and services
  • Leading sales and setting priorities for key projects, taking responsibility for the implementation of key projects, including independently
  • Building and maintaining a network of key influencers
  • Leading brand management for the Industrial Solutions business segment
  • Representing the IS business segment at key events to enhance brand awareness
  • Developing and implementing new tools, identifying and disseminating best practices and processes to improve overall performance
  • Leading the preparation of marketing and training materials to support commercial efforts (white papers, website, training programs - internal and external, product brochures, etc.)
  • Building and developing strong partnerships with commercial, operations, and cross-functional teams, as well as coaching and developing employees
  • Working closely with the commercial operations (sales) team to provide insightful metrics and reports on campaign effectiveness
