Description

We are looking for an organized and motivated full-time HR Manager for a long-term position. This is for a successful and internationally operating company in the metal and electrical industry, located in 28309 Bremen, which designs, develops, and produces complex systems and equipment for their clients.

Responsibilities

Developing and implementing a new HR strategy
Managing the HR team and a small project team
Promoting a collaborative and trusting relationship with employee representatives
Implementing various projects related to compensation and benefits
Documenting processes, creating statistics and reports for controlling purposes

Requirements

Completed degree in Human Resources or a related field
Extensive experience as an HR specialist or HR Business Partner in the above-mentioned tasks
Knowledge of payroll and compensation
Previous experience in managing a team
Proficient in MS Office and SAP HR, with excellent English skills
Interest in new software and a strong affinity for numbers
