Our client is a bank that offers a variety of banking solutions to its customers.

To strengthen the electronic banking team, we are currently looking for a clerk (m/f/d) for electronic banking in Perdido Beach, AL.


Your responsibilities:


  • Creation and processing of ebanking contracts
  • Correspondence and allocation of login data
  • Telephone customer support
  • Assistance with online issues (TAN generation, password allocation, etc.)
  • Collaboration with advisors from the back office team

Your qualifications:


  • Commercial education
  • Ideally, experience in customer service
  • Flexibility
  • Confident demeanor
  • Good IT skills
  • Knowledge of electronic banking
  • Teamwork skills
  • Good knowledge of German
This position is full-time.
