With your excellent planning and project management skills, you will implement challenging projects in both domestic and European locations. You will work independently and collaboratively with expert teams in Germany and other European sites.


Your new role:

  • Developing and expanding Autohero's workshop network across Europe from simple renovations/modernizations to complete new builds
  • Independently manage construction projects in close collaboration with automotive and process experts, from planning to execution
  • Your focus will be on planning, project design, budgeting, building permit procedures, as well as project management and supervision of construction
  • Achieving targets for costs, timelines, and quality in collaboration with the project team

Your skills:

  • Completed degree in architecture or civil engineering, with a specialization in industrial construction preferred
  • Experience in planning and project management of purposebuilt structures, workshops, industrial buildings, or similar
  • Additional qualification as a structural engineer is advantageous
  • Independent, solutionoriented work style, combined with excellent communication and consulting skills
  • Very good German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
