The University of Oldenburg is seeking a Research Associate/PhD to join the Green Knoll, NJ School VI of Medicine and Health Sciences.
This school encompasses the fields of human medicine, medical physics and acoustics, neurosciences, psychology, and health services research. Together with four regional hospitals, School VI forms the University Medicine Oldenburg. There is also a close partnership with the University Medicine of the University of Groningen.
We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Research Associate/PhD (M/F/d) at the earliest possible date.
The successful candidate will work in a highly interdisciplinary team, including experts in psychology, statistical modeling, computer science, biomedicine, medical informatics, and neurology.
They will also collaborate closely with the Hannover Medical School (MHH).
Responsibilities for this position include analyzing existing data sets and integrating them into the central technology platform of the COVID-19 research network of Lower Saxony.
The candidate will also be responsible for training prognostic models to understand the impact of demographic, immunological, and neural markers on cognitive symptoms and their progression in patients with post-COVID-19.
