As a
working student (m/f/d) in consulting - business process management and part of our "Process Factory", you will support our consulting team in Bochum in providing process management advice to our numerous clients.

This puts you in a strategically important area of our company and helps us to further expand our professional services division.

As a team player, you will be part of a motivated and rapidly growing team and are ready to take on tasks independently.


Your tasks

  • Technical user support and recording of business processes using our BIC products
  • Analysis and management of data, as well as support in preparing customer appointments
  • Accompanying our experienced consultants in exciting customer projects with diverse BPM activities
  • Taking on your own responsibility in projects or subprojects
  • Learning about processes from different industries and various clients
  • Gaining a deep insight into the multifaceted practice of consulting

Your profile

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, business informatics or a similar field
  • Interest in process modeling and process management
  • First practical experience with BPM tools (e.g. BIC Platform, Signavio, ARIS, Visio, etc.) is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong affinity for information technology and a high willingness to learn
  • Strong customer orientation and a confident and convincing demeanor
  • Reliable, structured work style and a handson mentality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
