Social Worker (m/f/d) - Focus on Adult Care: Starting immediately - Full-time and part-time - Permanent - Job number 70


Your tasks will include:


  • Caring for and supporting adolescents and adults in areas such as fair play, creative activities, musical development, and the promotion of social skills and intercultural understanding
  • Designing a care program that takes into account the daily rhythm and social needs of the target group
  • Promoting German language skills through playful and/or sports activities across language barriers
  • Participatory creation and implementation of leisure activities for all resident groups in the facility, in line with the principles of the German Red Cross
  • Organizing and conducting excursions, celebrations, and other resident events

You bring with you:


  • Experience in working with people from different cultures is an advantage
  • Willingness and ability to accept different perspectives and parenting approaches
  • Independence as well as physical and mental resilience
  • Enjoyment in inspiring adolescents and adults to learn
  • Strong communication skills, knowledge of foreign languages is desirable
  • Knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desired
  • Identification with the principles of the German Red Cross
