Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
- Independent commercial customer support
- Processing of customer inquiries and orders
- Project management, tracking of deadlines
- Order review and maintenance in the merchandise management system
- Processing of complaints
- Processing of credit notes/debits
- Preparation of evaluations
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Product and market knowledge in the field of fastening technology
- Proficient in MS Office products
- Good knowledge of English
- Good technical understanding
- Professional experience in sales support or project management ideally in a technical wholesale company desirable
- Goal and customeroriented work style, as well as careful and precise
