Facilities Maintenance Technician - Plymouth Meeting, United States - Pennsylvania Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Description
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve facilityrelated issues and requests in a timely manner lighting issues, minor sink repairs, moving equipment and supplies, small repairs, etc.
- Cleaning 3 medical offices biweekly
- Center City, Media, King of Prussia
- Lawn services in the summer will need to operate company supplied equipment, walk behind lawn mower, seed spreader, weed removal, etc.
- Snow removal in the winter will need to operate a snowblower, shovel and salt spreader, etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
- Any facility task that may be assigned
Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Ability to utilize commercial company supplied equipment
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record and pickup truck
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
