Your profile
A completed commercial apprenticeship or degree
Excellent MS Office skills
Several years of professional experience in the field of human resources/recruiting
Excellent knowledge of recruitment software and various job portals
Experience in digital applicant management

Your tasks

Central point of contact:
Coordination of all internal inquiries regarding recruiting

Recruiting process optimization:
Support in the use and continuous improvement of processes with a focus on candidate experience

Agency management:
Independent collaboration with agencies, management of communication channels, and expansion of campaigns

Lead generation:
Conception and management of measures for generating potential candidates
Data analysis and derivation of measures: Provision of numbers, data, and facts for deriving action measures

Recruiting trends and innovations:
Evaluation, transfer, and continuous development of current recruiting trends

Campaign management:
Planning, implementation, and execution of detailed campaigns, including active sourcing and data protection checks

Applicant software optimization:
Further development and optimization of applicant software
Multi-channel marketing and budget management: Use of various marketing channels, independent management of budget, identification of cost-efficient channels

Data analysis and optimization:
Use of data analysis to measure campaign success
