JOIN OUR TEAM AS A PROJECT MANAGER AT CAMP SHERMAN

At Camp Sherman, we have been global leaders in recruitment and HR services for the plastics, packaging, petrochemicals, chemicals, energy, and recycling industries since 1975.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager to support our client's growth in the automotive sector and their associated projects. This role will be based in either Bavaria, Hessen, or Baden Württemberg.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure projects align with company guidelines and meet strategic goals and objectives
  • Assess the commercial and manufacturing viability of projects
  • Work closely with the sales team and customers to ensure specifications are met
  • Liaise with NPD team and Supply Chain Management to maintain regular communication with sub-contractors and tool makers
  • Maintain project timelines and provide regular updates on cost, timing, quality, and other key measurables
  • Support Key Account Managers in customer meetings
  • Proficient in MS Office and company internal systems
  • Run APQP style projects and support KAM with Statements of Work, warranty conditions, tooling quotes, and technical needs
  • Translate customer requirements and provide feedback to the organization
