Your Responsibilities
As a school companion (m/f/d), you will provide practical help with organizing the school day and in the classroom.

You will support a school child with an autism spectrum disorder, specifically atypical autism and a receptive and expressive language disorder, in communicating with teachers and classmates and help the child become more independent.

You will also assist with integrating the child into the class community, perform helpful tasks, and accompany them during school activities.

Our focus is on providing individual and needs-based support in the children's daily lives.


Your main tasks will include:

  • Accompanying a 9yearold student according to their needs and desires
  • Enabling education and participation
  • Providing assistance for selfhelp
  • Close communication with families and cooperation partners
  • Daily documentation with biannual reporting and participation in support plan meetings
  • Use of company internal platforms (Microsoft Office, Personio)

Your Profile
No pedagogical training is required for the position of school companion.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately and has the following profile:

  • Can work approximately 23 hours per week on all 5 weekdays
  • Enjoys working with children
  • Has a high level of empathy, flexibility, patience, and resilience
  • Is cooperative and able to work independently
  • Identifies with the values and goals of interaktiv
  • Is openminded and communicative
  • Is punctual and reliable
