Your main responsibilities:



  • Serviceoriented contact for our new and existing customers in all operational matters
  • Riskoriented management of the debtor portfolio
  • Monitoring and management of factoring payments in accordance with contractual agreements
  • Maintenance and monitoring of compliance with contractual obligations
  • Operational support for contract initiation with new customers
  • Preparation of internal reports

Your profile:

  • Commercial clerk (m/f/d) or comparable commercial training
  • Ideally, several years of professional experience, particularly in accounting and/or factoring, are advantageous
  • You have a structured, independent, and solutionoriented work style
  • You possess excellent communication skills, characterized by openness and transparency
  • You have a high level of service and internal customer orientation, as well as good German language skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • High level of motivation, resilience
