Description

We are looking for an engineer (m/f/d) to evaluate a combined heat and power (CHP) plant in Fairford.

Start:

End:

Volume: approximately 50% - part-time

Location: Munich (approximately 10%) / Remote: approximately 90%

Responsibilities (independent execution):

Optimization and condition assessment of a CHP plant

Support in root cause analysis for past unavailability and failed plant starts

Improvement of technical plant availability through inventory analysis (R&Is) including development of a spare parts strategy and meaningful modifications (e.g. missing double shut-off valves for pump activation)

Development of an action plan to increase the reliability of plant starts based on previous work.

Improvement of plant flexibility (e.g. reduction of electrical partial load of the gas turbine)

Improvement of automation (analysis and, if necessary, improvement of start-up sequence)

Improvement of start-up automation

Reduction of monitoring requirements (gap analysis against BoB72 requirements)

Development and implementation of a block control level concept tailored to the new construction

Development and implementation of a control concept for FD pressure
