The Training Program

Technical assistants for mechatronics possess interdisciplinary expertise for all systems that contain mechanical, electronic, and information technology components. In areas such as mechanical engineering, automotive industry, automation, medical technology, and aerospace, they work alongside engineers and specialists, and take on tasks such as assembly, commissioning, technical support, optimization, and maintenance of mechatronic systems.

The three-year training program, including a technical college entrance qualification, takes place in a modular system (specialized topics and general education subjects).

With a 7-week internship at a company of your choice, you can deepen and apply your extensive knowledge in a practical setting.

At the end, there are state exams for the technical college entrance qualification in basic subjects as well as in the training focus areas.
