Join our team and work on various manufacturing processes, discovering a new and exciting field from pre-assembly to final assembly of our products.

As a metal technology specialist, you will be responsible for creating assemblies and individual parts. You will also be involved in assembling combine harvesters, forage harvesters, and system vehicles.

But that's not all - you will also monitor and optimize assembly processes and carry out important quality assurance measures for the success of our products.

You will also have the skills to weld complex assemblies by hand according to technical drawings.

With a focus on high quality standards, you will lay the foundation for the safety and durability of our vehicles.

Training Process:

Practical training will take place at the Technical Education Center and in various departments of the company, accompanied by full-time trainers and training officers.

The vocational school classes will be held twice a week at the Carl-Miele Vocational College in Gütersloh.
